ABOUT PREMIERE ATHLETES
Empowering Future Leaders in Sports and
Sports media
Premiere Athletes is a social enterprise dedicated to uplifting communities through its three integrated divisions: Sports, Education, and Content Production. The program supports student-athletes from third grade through high school, fostering athletic excellence, providing academic assistance, and emphasizing real-world applications. Additionally, Premiere Athletes includes a sports content production initiative, offering students whose passions lie outside of athletics the opportunity to explore potential career paths in sports media.

“The Village”
Parents asked me why I wanted to start Premiere Athletes and help their kid get into college.
I remember when I was a kid growing up and all we did was play sports such as football and basketball which were our favorite go-to’s.
Football is my favorite sport because of the 49ers when Roger Craig, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, John Taylor, Mike Singletary, Dwight Clerk were transforming the way football was played with the west coast offense. Everyone used to think I wore number 12 because of Ranald Cunningham but I wore number 12 because of my cousin Jermaine who was the star quarterback for Glassboro high school.
Our older cousins and uncles used to gather teams from all over Glassboro. We had the Projects where I was from, Bentley woods, Uptown, The Ridge, and Academy street teams.
All summer long we played games getting us ready for the fall season of tackle. My cousins and uncles would schedule our games out like they did in Pop Warner football and we played tackle without any equipment. My cousins and uncles used to get colored t-shirts and write the team names on the front, our names on the back and our numbers on the front and back.
Back then there was no fear of getting hurt, all our parents wanted was for us to be out of their hair and outside. When you came back crying they would give you something else to cry about, so no one went back home crying.
Being outside playing football or basketball, all we talked about was what pro-player we were going to be and what college we would go play for. All we had was hopes and dreams and no money to truly help us pay for special training to help us. But, what we did have was community.
Our lesson came from our families that went through the same development. It was a tradition to train the next generation. It was an honor to be looked up to in your respected sport. That culture has been lost in the last two generations. The culture of the village, each one teaches one, you look out for mine and I'll look out for yours and we will come together to cheer at games and have bbq’s where we enjoy each other's company.
That is one of the reasons I want to build Premiere Athletes. I want to bring that culture of the village back through sports and create pathways to college for kids in our village. I want to make sure that when my “elders” pay into a sport that they know it has value in tomorrow's leaders, especially those that come from our village.

Premiere Athletes offers a range of programs designed to nurture athletic talent, support academic growth, and provide real-world experiences. Our programs include:
